Hoh Rainforest, WA—Next we went to a real rainforest in Washington. I do not believe it is actually a real rainforest because of the absence of monkeys and mangoes and other tropical fruits and it is not even in the tropics. It just looks to me like a forest where it happens to rain a lot. Anyway, we hiked for a little in this “rainforest” before continuing to find a place to stay for the night. It was pretty cool, rainforest or not. There were lots of trees.
Apparently, the last time we came to this rainforest, I cried nonstop because it was raining. Not to worry, I did not leak tears this time, probably because it was not raining.
You should also take note of my improved posture in the pictures. It is very painful and I am in quiet agony sometimes (Ha). You should applaud me.
