Day 11

Boulder City, NV—Today we left Arizona and stopped at an RV camp for the night. Ha. Well, at 105 degrees outside, our air conditioner only cooled us to about 80, which was still disgustingly hot and sweaty. We ordered pizza, which was also hot. Ew. Also, their wireless internet didn't even work. So, Marcy, Jonas, and I went to the pool to cool down and just stayed there until sunset so by the time we went back to the RV we were actually cold. It was amazing.

Also, along the way today we passed the Hoover Dam, which was pretty cool and HUGE. Jonas took a bunch of pictures, so here are some of them.

  1. Did you know that the Hoover Dam is what inspired Stan Lee to draw the underground dam lair in which Striker eventually created the early X-Man known as Wolverine.

    Wow, nerdness rules.
