I just wanted to add some pictures of Hanging Lake where we hiked to yesterday (Day 2). It was pretty AWESOME, because it was located at the top of a mountain-ish thing, and although it was steep and took forever to get there, it was totally worth it. The water was so clear and blue-ish green, the pictures don't really do it justice. Although, like my dad said, it was more like a hanging pond because it wasn't very big.
On a completely unrelated note, I have an amusing anecdote to share. My darling sister Marcy was talking on the phone to one of her friends at the hotel, and apparently she was really wrapped up in the conversation because all of the sudden, we all heard a loud THUNK. Here Marcy had walked into the glass sliding door that led out to our mini balcony, just like in one of those Windex commercials. It was so funny. Haha, Marcy. Haha.

Im loving this blog! I so wish our family did this, but as you can imagine my brothers a little too busy with baseball and my pre-madonna sister said NO! to my dads offer RIGHT AWAY! I can somehow see Marcy running into the door! Nice one Marcy! Can't wait til the reunion when we see you guys again!!!
