Day 5

Denver, CO--While in Denver, we payed a visit to our dear uncle and aunt Dave and Sarah. We also got to meet Jaxson while we were there. At first he was very shy, not saying anything whatsoever. Then we bonded while eating at Olive Garden (OLEOLOELO! Epic success). We started out by doing the 'Where's the baby?', except in Jaxson's case it was 'duh duh duh duh DUH dum!' (in key, of course!). He giggled bashfully and turned toward Mama Sarah and smiled. HE'S SO CUTE!!! Then, to our parents' disgust, started making monkey faces at the table. People of course started to stare like people do, and Jaxson made sure they all saw his 'mo-ky face'. Then, to keep him occupied, we made the noise where you vibrate your lips. You know, the noise that kind of sounds like a sneeze or a horse trying to blow away bugs or something. Jaxson has King family lips, so he was just going on and on with the noise. He laughed and laughed to himself and eventually started to talk to us in more than whispers. By the end of the night, the parents were displeased with the amount of spittle from the night's events, thouh Jaxson was thouroughly pleased with himself. Now he doesn't think we're creepers, but the adults do. Oh well.
